Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 13, 2026
Holley House LLC ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Parent Planner mobile application (the "App") and our website.
Summary: Baby tracking data you enter (logs, photos, health entries, and child profiles) is stored on your device and synced to your private iCloud account — not to Holley House servers. If you choose Sign in with Apple, Google Firebase Authentication stores your email and name for account sign-in and deletion only. The App shows ads via Google AdMob and does not use Firebase Analytics.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect the information necessary to provide and improve our services. This may include:
- Account Information (Firebase Authentication): If you choose to sign in with Apple, the App uses Google Firebase Authentication to create and manage your account. Apple may share your name and email address (including Apple's private relay address if you choose to hide your email) with Firebase. Firebase stores a user identifier, your email, and your name on Google's servers solely to authenticate you and support account deletion. We do not use this information for advertising.
- Tracking Data You Enter (device + iCloud): Information you input into the App (such as feeding logs, sleep records, growth measurements, health and medicine entries, photos, and child profiles) is stored on your device and, when you are signed into iCloud, synced to your private iCloud account via Apple CloudKit (container:
iCloud.com.bryangalatica.ParentPlanner). This sync keeps your data available across your own Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account. Holley House does not operate servers for this data and does not have access to your iCloud content. If iCloud is unavailable, the App stores this data locally on your device only. - Advertising Identifier: If you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show you personalized ads.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality.
- Authenticate and secure your account.
- Sync your tracking data across your Apple devices via your private iCloud account.
- Provide customer support.
- Display advertising, including personalized advertising when you have granted permission.
Your in-app tracking data (feeding, sleep, growth, health, photos, and child profiles) is stored on your device and in your private iCloud account when sync is enabled. It is not uploaded to Holley House servers and is not used for advertising.
3. Advertising and Tracking
The App displays ads through Google AdMob. With your permission (requested via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt), AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to deliver and measure personalized ads. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.
You can change your tracking choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device. For more information on how Google uses data, see Google's Privacy & Terms. We never sell or rent your personal information.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5. Your Choices and Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all app data at any time from within the App (Family Manager > Delete Account & All Data). This permanently removes your Firebase Authentication account (including your Sign in with Apple link), erases all baby profiles, logs, and photos from the App on your device, and deletes that data from your private iCloud database via CloudKit sync. You can also manage or delete iCloud data for Parent Planner in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage on your device.
6. Third-Party Services
Our App uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies:
- Apple iCloud / CloudKit — syncs your baby tracking data to your private iCloud account. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Google Firebase Authentication — manages Sign in with Apple accounts (email, name, and user identifier). See Firebase Privacy.
- Google AdMob — displays ads and, with your permission, may use your advertising identifier for personalized advertising. See Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not use Google Analytics for Firebase. Analytics is disabled in our Firebase configuration and the App does not send analytics events.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for use by parents and caregivers (adults). While the App is designed for parents to track data about their children, we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes within the App or via our website.
