Welcome to Holley House LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Parent Planner mobile application (the "App") and our website. By using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Holley House LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
3. User Data
You retain ownership of any data you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
4. Health & Medical Information Disclaimer
Parent Planner is a parenting journal and tracking tool. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Features that let you log temperature readings, vaccinations, medications, growth measurements, and other health-related notes are provided solely for your personal record-keeping. Any reference information shown in the App (such as CDC immunization schedules or growth percentile charts) is general educational material and is not individualized medical guidance for your child.
Always consult your pediatrician or another qualified healthcare provider about your child's health, including fever, illness symptoms, medication dosing, and vaccination decisions. Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or record in the App.
Holley House LLC does not verify the accuracy of information you enter and makes no representations about the suitability of App content for any particular health situation.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". Holley House LLC makes no warranties regarding the reliability or accuracy of the App, including any health-related data you enter or reference information displayed. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including damages related to health or medical decisions made in reliance on App content.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
